Azin Valy, former partner and co-founder of the award-winning I-Beam Design Architecture Firm in NY as well as the founder of the award winning fashion brand, Cityzen by Azin, has now formed Cityzen Designs.

Under the umbrella of Cityzen Designs, Azin’s sensibility as a designer, be it of buildings or garments, are now merged to create a multi-disciplinary firm that its projects span in scale from 250,000 sf of international headquarters to 250 sf of refugee housing.

She is a graduate of The Cooper Union School of Architecture and has been published in multiple national and international publications and has been a recipient of many awards.

She has been a guest critique at various architecture universities such as Parsons School of Design, Pratt Institute, Columbia University, Maryland Institute College of Arts, Ball State University and City College of NY.
